• Record voice answers in multiple languages
• Receive AI-generated improved interview responses
• Convert answers to English for interview preparation
• Access free and premium tiers of service

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use ReadyBrainAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Share or resell access to the Service
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

4. Free and Premium Access

ReadyBrainAI offers a free tier with limited daily usage. After reaching the free limit, users may be shown advertisements before continuing. Premium plans are available that remove ads and provide unlimited access.

Premium subscriptions are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Voice Data and AI Processing

When you use the voice recording feature, your audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription and GPT-4o-mini for answer generation. By using this feature, you consent to this processing. Audio files are not permanently stored and are deleted immediately after processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The ReadyBrainAI name, logo, and all related content are the property of the founder. The AI-generated responses produced by the Service may be used freely by users for personal interview preparation purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReadyBrainAI is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or that the AI responses will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. The Service is intended as a practice tool, not professional career advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyBrainAI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities or interview outcomes.

9. Advertising

ReadyBrainAI displays advertisements through Google AdSense and Adsterra to support the free tier of service. By using the free tier, you consent to viewing these advertisements. Premium users are not shown advertisements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
